Supported Areas of Research |

In accordance with the goals and objectives established by its Board of Governors, the Foundation supports cooperative research projects of mutual interest to the Federal Republic of Germany and the State of Israel. The projects shall concern science and technology for peaceful purposes only. Both basic and applied research projects in all areas will be considered equally with no predetermined quotas. Applicants should be aware that the Foundation is only able to fund a relatively small number of new projects every year. The success rate has not exceeded 24% this year (2010). |
